Digital guides and art packs

Full refund within fourteen days of purchase, for any reason or none. Email support with your order number. Access to the download is withdrawn when the refund is issued.

Printed items

Shirts, hoodies, caps, and prints are made for each order, so they are not returnable for a change of mind or a size chosen in error. Check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, send a photo within thirty days of delivery and it is replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Parcels lost in transit are replaced once the carrier confirms the loss.

How refunds are paid

Back to the original payment method. Banks typically take five to ten business days to post it.
