You can ask for a full refund on any digital guide within 14 days of buying it. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
- Email support@lorelibrarymyth.com from the address you used at checkout.
- Include your order number, which is in your confirmation email.
- We issue the refund, usually within two business days of your email.
How the money comes back
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show it.
Once a refund is issued, the download links for that order stop working.
If a file will not open
Tell us at support@lorelibrarymyth.com. We can usually fix a download problem or send the file another way. If we cannot, you get your money back.
The Complete Shelf
The bundle is refunded as a whole within 14 days of purchase.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under consumer law. If the law where you live gives you more protection, those rights still apply.
