Privacy Policy

What is collected

• At checkout. Name, email, billing address, and for physical orders a shipping address.
• Payment details. Handled entirely by the payment processor. Card numbers never reach this site and are never stored here.
• Technical. Standard server logs, including IP address, for security and troubleshooting.

Why

To take payment, deliver what you bought, answer support requests, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing email is only sent if you opt in, and every one carries an unsubscribe link.

Who else sees it

The payment processor, the print partner for physical orders, and the email provider that sends order confirmations. Nobody else. Your data is not sold.

How long

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires, which is generally seven years. Account data is deleted on request unless it is attached to an order still inside that window.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Email support@lorelibrarymyth.com and it is actioned within thirty days.
