Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. It must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

You have 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
